I am a professional wedding photographer who has been running a successful brand for nearly 8 years. My entire operation is Mac based. I have 3 27" IMac's, and 2 Mac Book pro's. I was thrilled to meet Will this week when I dropped of one of my machines for a "100K mile service". my machine was basically a brick. I was stoked that he took over 30 minutes to walk me through new options that were available to restore my mainstay machine back to its glory days.

I have found the service and professionalism here to be nothing short of excellent. There are many benefits to being able to get personalized service in a business run by owners vs. Big Box stores, and the team at Get It Fixed has definitely earned my future restore and repair business. *** I specifically wrote this review because as a fellow business owner, I feel that the commenter on 3/19/2015 is simply promoting a ridiculous rant. another random, uneducated (IMHO) GenY'r who has decided to weaponize a review site. I'm tired of seeing hard working entrepreneurs potentially have their reputation damaged through this process. One instance, in this case a disrespecting walk-in believes she may attempt to nullify the hard work and perseverance that is required to run business these days. Lucy's review disgusts me as a business owner. She had a choice to make: go to the Genius Bar or someplace else. I'm pretty sure that if she were late to a GB appointment or arrived 5 minutes before the store closed, she would have been turned away too. When you run your own business... you can get pretty concerned about the prospect of missing commitments with existing, profitable clients. I'm not condoning un-professionalism aside from Lucy showing up with minutes to spare expecting rules to be bent in her favor. Who is the unprofessional one??? It has been my experience that folks like Lucy are part of the "Entitlement Generation". They feel they are entitled to promote their opinion as if theirs is a statement that defines Business X. Friends... my opinion, like anyone's is subjective. Stop giving weight to the "weaponized reviews" and go experience people and businesses for yourselves. These guys rock.

This is one of the most unprofessional and rude customer service I ever experienced in years! The person's name is Will, and here is my story.

I found the this store thro yelp and went in to get my iPhone 5 screen replaced a few month ago. The guy (sorry I did not get his name) was very professional, courteous, and efficient.

I called today around 5:25pm and asked if I can get my screen replaced again, along with my mom's iPhone 4. I was told they close at 6pm and if I came by 5:45, they could at least do my iPhone 5. I got there around 5:55pm. The guy I met first time was there and told me he can only do mine, since I was late. So I started to fill in the form and discuss with him what would be a good time for me to stop by tomorrow to do the other.

All of sudden, one guy (named Will) rushed from the back, told me they can't do it. And he began to yell at me as I tried to explain that his colleague already acceptted the work, I quote: "Your punctuality is not my problem, we have a home call that PAYS $150 AN HOUR at 6:30, so your job WORTH NOTHING TO US!"

He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and threatening. And my complaint is not even about them rejecting the work, since I was late, they could explain to me respectfully or at least being consistent among themselves. I do have a huge problem with the way WILL talked to me and my mom in such DISRESPECTFUL way, and the very fact of saying my work WORTH NOTHING because they have a better paid gig is just not ETHICAL.

So I will not only recommend not use WILL, but also recommend the owner consider my case as a serious breach to basic conduct code in business. I believe how you treat others says so much about your character and I would never feel comfortable have such people go through my phone or my computer no matter how talented they are.

I give Get It Fixed in Mission Viejo 5 stars!!! I brought in a 13 year old power supply to my parent's medical scooter because my mother ran over the power cord & mangled it. When the power supply was returned to me it was cleaned & they put on a longer cord at Get It Fixed. After I re-installed the power supply my parent's scooter ran much better! Thank you! You guys are amazing!

This place is the top repair store that i have found. I have broken my iphone more then a few times and get it fixed was by far the best service that i have gotten. The price was good and the repair has a 90 day warranty. Great place!
