I just had my second wax with Madalyn at the Mission Viejo location and it was a fantastic experience both times. I’m a fairly modest person, which makes it a real challenge when my world intersects with this particular service. That said Madalyn has mastered this art and has a way of making me very comfortable while carrying a solid level of professionalism. Moreover, on our second appointment, I was flatly surprised how much Madalyn had remembered about our initial conversation, which made me feel as though I am more than an appointment name on her calendar. Perhaps most importantly, Madalyn absolutely takes the time necessary to really do a nice, clean job of waxing. She always takes a good look to make sure she has removed every single little hair, and in places that I might not even be able to see. Madalyn has successfully managed to take a necessary evil in our lives and made it a truly fantastic experience. I’ll be back and I’m loyal to Madalyn, as she has earned my long term business!
