Well, I hear the care is good, but when it comes to the management, they can be very rude! A nurse manager denied my daughter was there, (which we knew she was), He lied and said "she isn't here", and then slammed down the phone on me! Not at all professional, even with the HPPAA laws, it doesn't say be rude to grieving parents of schizophrenic kids!! The top administrator never responded to my email.
