I called to see if they had a part for my seat belt and the guy told me " I'll pass" and hung up on me. I called right back and asked if he was the owner and he said no. so I said can you give me the owners number and he refused. His name was Terry. Wow worst customer service I have ever had. I would rather drive to spaulding in spokane than deal with these clowns again.

I called said company and needed information on whether they had a part I needed for my truck. The man who answered immediately gave a sigh of frustration, as if the task was much too complicated or involved to want to do. After a bit of hesitation, he asked if I would call back in 30 minutes to 1 hour. I waited one hour and called back, only to be told to call back in 15 minutes. I waited another half hour to make a call back and finally got the news on the part. I was told to pay double what new handles would cost (with shipping), so I politely asked if he would barter at all on the price, considering they are a used automotive part. He was firm on his offer and almost seemed annoyed when I tried to barter on the price. I will likely give my business to another firm and buy new rather than support this salvage yard.
