We ordered a loveseat on November 1, 2009, as of today January 16, 2010 it is still not here. We went to talk to the people at Ashley, they said it is still on back order. Which is not what they said when I talked to them on the phone last week. During our discussion they lied at least three times trying to cover their behinds. They are definately not customer oriented. Save yourself some headaches and shop elsewhere.
