The bakery makes use of home grown raw, natural, organic and local ingredients to create a wide assortment of products. Its specialties comprise variety of cakes, pastries, cupcakes and breads and wedding cakes. The bakery offers a special line of breakfast pastries, such as croissants, Danish, rolls, scones, poundcakes, pockets, twists and muffins. It also offers treats, like cookies, brownies and butter horns along side some Hunter Bay coffee. Besides, Bernice's Bakery also offers a variety of lunch options and custom made merchandise, including hats, hoodies, posters and travel mugs for sale.

This small bakery and coffee house is in a class by it's own. Locally owned and staffed by friendly artsy youthful people. Great energy with in. Although this is not your typical coffee house. You will not find any fancy foo foo cafinated beverages here. Just the most exceptional cup of joe you can drink. Be prepared for a JOLT! But a good one none the less. Keep it up. Your loyal customer
