Provided by YP.comAfter they mess up a canopy glass replacement 3 times they say they will not try again because I am unhappy with having to give the 3 x 2 hour appointments.

Provided by YP.comI have been buying accessories from Blue Ribbon since I moved to the area from Texas 8 years ago. Products and installation have always been flawless. Recently I decided to completely refresh my truck and the professional teams in the accessory, upholstery, and paint and body shops made my truck look better than new. I highly recommend this incredible team of dedicated professionals.

Provided by YP.comBEWARE! DO NOT LET THEM SUCKER YOU INTO ANY "SPECIAL ORDERS"
I'm sure there are plenty of satisfied Blue Ribbon Auto customers out there, but I'm definitely NOT one of them, and its important to point out that I am NOT a difficult guy to please. However, I am "old school", and unfortunately, In my experience, these guys proved to be nothing but greedy new-age predators and profiteers.
I needed a set of rust-proof lug nuts for some custom wheels and the salesman at Blue Ribbon Auto convinced me to purchase a "100% stainless steel set" made by Gorilla, but he didn't have them in stock, nor did he have a photo or a detailed product description. So foolishly, I let him coerce me into pre-paying for a "special order" priced at roughly $100 for just 20 lug nuts (that's $5/lug), and a whopping $12 for Express (i.e., FedEx) shipping from Portland, Oregon.
Incredibly, ten (10) days then elapsed without delivery of the lug nuts (I probably could have shipped them by 'pack mule' cheaper and faster!), and then, when they finally did arrive, the lug nuts were NOT as advertised (or claimed). Specifically, they were NOT stainless steel. They were standard (rustable) steel with a stainless steel cap that reportedly twisted and deformed on the acorn lug as soon as a lug wrench was applied to them (multiple reports appeared on-line).
But did the fine folks at Blue Ribbon Auto take responsibility for the delayed FedEx shipping or the false advertising? Nope! I strongly objected to the false advertising and inferior nature of the product with Blue Ribbon management, as well as the delayed shipment, but Blue Ribbon Auto would NOT refund the purchase price nor the FedEx ("Express") shipping fee. Instead, they retained my payment of the $12 FedEx shipping fee and a 25% ($25) re-stocking fee, even though I (the customer) had done nothing wrong whatsoever.
Nope, you can KEEP Blue Ribbon Auto and everyone who works there! I wouldn't shop there again and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless they were an armed robber or an arsonist! "Thieves" by any other name - and there's simply nothing worse than a thief!

When my bumper was crunched in an accident Blue Ribbon expertly repaired the back end of my SUV. It now looks better than it did before the accident! The entire team at Blue Ribbon was a pleasure to work with.

Took my truck in at 9:30 a.m. because it was scheduled to be fixed. I have replaced a bumper and a grill on a truck and I was expecting around 2-3 hours max of labor time. They kept my truck all day and didn't bother to warn me they would have it overnight. I am now without a vehicle or a way to get to work tomorrow. I would have not taken my vehicle there if I would have known it would take over a day. A call would have been nice as well. I would not recommend them to anyone.

My experience at Blue Ribbon was great. My truck was crunched when I brought it in. It looked brand new when I got it back. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

These guys did not know something very basic about a set of suspension springs, springs which they claim to sell and have brochures for in their showroom. They put them on the wrong sides of my vehicle and then claimed they'd never heard of such a thing as springs assigned to specific sides of the vehicle. That may be true, but they then turned a job done incorrectly into "my fault" for not telling them about the springs. Springs they claim to sell and that have a little white tag on them, one with an "A" and one with a "B". Nobody ever asked about that difference and they didn't notice that one is taller than the other. The driver's side spring is a little taller. They said "it would have been nice to know that the springs were side specific" and that it would be two more hours labor at $50 an hour to swap them. Unbelievable. This is not that difficult to accomplish with a shop as I did the front end myself in less time in a parking space with hand tools. Beware!
