Great service, and atmosphere! I've had pedicures and massages here, and enjoyed both!

I really enjoy coming to Cedar Creek! The atmosphere is warm and relaxing and the staff is so friendly. I come frequently for massages as my life can be very stressful and I have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend!

I had received a gift card to Cedar Creek and had used half of the value of the card but still had a balance. Unfortunately I ended up losing the card in a move so I didn't expect they would honor it if I didn't actually have the card. I called anyway and apparently they had record of the remaining balance so the gal said it was no problem and told me to come in anyway. I had my pedicure appointment and when I went to settle up, the receptionist said that since I didn't have my card, I had to pay in full even though they had a record of the balance in their computer. I became upset because I was not prepared to pay $60, and the owner, Carla, came out and rudely said that there was nothing she could do for me. I was shocked that a proprietor would treat her clients so horribly! I wasn't upset that they didn't honor the card (I totally understand why they wouldn't), I was upset that they told me one thing on the phone, and then blamed the mistake on me instead of making it right with the

I really enjoy coming to Cedar Creek for my massages I travel for work and occasionally get massages elsewhere but by far the best massage therapists I have found are right here at Cedar Creek Salon & Day Spa. I really like the warm and cozy atmosphere and usually I can get in the same day I call as they have a lot of massage therapists on staff.

I've just received a massage t Cedar Creek I got a gift card for Valentine's Day 09 and have no idea why I waited so long to use it but I got the Combo Massage and Sea Enzyme Pedicure and thoroughly enjoyed myself and am hoping to receive another hopefully soon! Sooooo relaxing!!!

I was very disappointed in my services at Cedar Creek. I went there hoping to get a touch up on my highlights, but was unsuccessful. I could barely tell that my hair had been highlighted and after ten days, what was highlighted, already had roots. I told the stylist I like my hair very blonde, and it still looks light brown. Not only did she take over three hours to do my hair, she let me leave with damp hair that was unstyled and poorly cut. The price was considerably expensive and I am very unsatisfied. I have been to two other salons in Missoula that have done an exceptional job. Other salons have highlighted, washed, cut, blow-dryed, and styled my hair in less than two hours for a reasonable price (and had done a great job). I know that if I am this unsatisfied, I should have gone back to fix it. But who has time when it takes three hours and your hair looks worse than it did when you showed up for your appointment?

Owner Carla and her staff go out of their way to give their customers a first class treatment. If you want a great haircut this is the place to go. Wedding parties get wonderful treatment with everyone feeling special after being treated to manicures, pedicures, hairstyles, and massages. They have products and services for all of you beauty and spa needs. I highly recommend this salon. The only concern is you need to schedule about 2 weeks in advance so don't wait.
