I had such a bad service experience servicing my Mercedes with this dealership. I will most definitely not be returning for any future maintenance here.

Exceptionally bad experience. Spent $2500 getting my SBC Unit replaced on my E55 AMG. The part was installed incorrectly, and upon light to moderate braking, the car was extremely unstable. Upon receiving my vehicle back from their "service" department, the shift selector was not functioning. Their "tech" said "my problem, don't have 2 hours to diagnose" at this point my brother; (Active duty air force) told them they are going to fix the issue they created. 5 minutes later my shift selector worked, and I could change gears again. (Referencing the manual selection of gears via the shift lever) upon addressing the bigger issue, vehicle unstable and unsafe to operate due to a faulty install of SBC pump, they offered no relevant solution. They are the closest Mercedes dealer, and clearly used this to gain unfair and unreasonable advantage of a situation. Scumbags would be polite.

I recently bought a used vehic...

I recently bought a used vehicle from them. By far the easiest car salesman in Missoula to work with. It was a very good experience. The only bad thing I have to say is that as part of the deal they were going to do a radiation flush for me. I waited in the service department for HOURS. I got there at one and didn't leave until 4:30! I won't be taking my car there to get serviced anytime soon.

worst custumer service

We sent our regal in for a recall because they were catching fire and had to go to a buick dealer for service. sometime after the car was dropped off at there lot one of the windows was forced down breaking the regulator the service department told us it was not there problem and we could buy one from them for $480 dollars. One of the michanics apolagized for the service managers atitude and said to talk to the owner. they said it wasnt there problem because there not responsable for what happens on the lot. when we talked to the owner he was an a** and said tuff luck. because it was sent in for recall the national gm service department gave us $200 to get it fixed and we got the part off ebay. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE.
