Used to be one of my favorite places to go, now I get aggravated every time I walk into the store. I went to trade in some items and they wanted to take 7 of my 11 items and only offered me $11 in cash. $17 if I wanted credit. One of the items was a video game that they were selling used for $55. Plus I had to wait 25 minutes for them to even go through my trade ins. The store is sloppy looking, and the books are never in alphabetical order. I mean, who finds an Ian Flemming book in romance? Really unimpressed with what this store has turned into.

One of my favorite places in Missoula. Great to find Books, DVD's, and cd's. I have two complaints however, the coffee drive threw service is HORRIBLE. Don't bother! The second is that NOTHING rings up at the mark down price. Everytime you check out watch carefully!!!
