I've dealt with many tow truck companies in both a professional and personal capacity. Iron Horse has provided the best service I've ever seen.

Our car broke down in downtown Missoula, stranding my wife. She called me, I started heading her way from the Fairviews area. In the time it took me to get there, she called them and not only did they beat me there, but they had the car halfway loaded up!

Iron Horse towing towed my vehicle a couple years ago from main and orange st. at the time hanging from my mirror ( had been for over 5 years) was my grand mothers necklace, just a cheap metal sun with pointy rays, on a thin piece of leather. priceless and worthless to all but me ! well, when they were done towing my truck, my necklace was GONE ! yes, i called them, several times ! Thank you for the heartache.....you people suck! and, if your tow truck drivers have been wondering who the girl in the truck thats flips you all off is...? YUP, THATS ME ! AND put a minus in front of your stupid yellow review star!!!!!!!!!!

Scott and his crew were very professional and helpful towards us. We were driving a 26ft Penske truck a few days ago and the weather was -23 degrees out and our truck jelled up after sitting overnight and would not start (even after running it every 4 hours through out the night). They came out and tried to get it started but couldn't (not their fault). So they towed it to their shop and thawed it out over night. Then on Sunday they had it fixed and us back on the road. They did outstanding work and made sure we got back on the road!

I do not normally write reviews; however, I was so impressed with Iron Horse towing that it seemed important to do so. They responded very quickly when my motorhome broke down 20 miles from Missoula, MT. The mechanic was efficient and very thorough in finding out what the issue was. In addition they were honest and went way beyond what many other businesses would do. Very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Iron Horse Towing and Repair for towing, road service and any type of vehicle repairs.

Iron Horse Towing is very knowledgeable and their driver was courteous. They solved my problem and the cost was reasonable. The truck was even clean. I would recommend them to anyone with a roadside emergency. I'm putting their number in my cellphone.

I had my Dodge pickup break down and Iron Horse Towing came to tow it. They were fast and professional. They even had a repair shop to look at my problem. The transmission was bad and they replaced it promptly. The repair was completed at the cost they quoted me and they even gave me a 3 year 100,000 mile warranty. Great job.

I had to have my car unlocked and the driver that showed up was very professional and quick. He didn't damage my car like two of the other companies in town did. The pricing was very fair too. I would highly recommend them.

I had to have a truck towed and they matched another local company's price and did a way better job than the other company would have done. I had the other company tow other things before and have not been impressed at all. They are so great on the phone and really helpful and I didn't have to wait forever either, they were really quick!
