I got a nail in my tire and Les Schwab was the closest place. Had never been there before and so didn't know what to expect. I asked about much it would cost and how long. They quoted me only about an hour (they were quite busy) and the price was 16.50. They finish up with my car right at an hour and actually only charged me 13.50. Since it is only 2 blocks from where I work I will definitely be going back there when I need tire work.

"Honesty" needs to look for a new name, I have visited this shop for years and have been consistently happy with the service,

We've been to this Le Swab's serveral times because my husband works near by and every time they want to squeeze us for more money. When I went in there (a woman) they were rude and condescending. We had our snow tires for one season and bought them there (they were under warranty) and the guy was trying to tell me I needed 2 brand new front tires. This time all we wanted to do was take off our all season tires and put on our summer tires and they wanted to charge us $30 more because the tires we wanted to take off were all season. Every time we go on there it's a hassle. We will never be going back.

Dealing with these people reminds me of dealing with Apple. Everything is over priced and the service is a slap in the face.

This place sucks!!!! If you go here you will get screwed.

These people did not give me an estimate written or oral before they did the work on my brakes. When I complained, manager basically called me a liar & denied any responsiblity. My paperwork somehow disappeared. Manager was so rude! Do not do business with these jerks!

Sad to say, but I noted no one was there getting service, except for us. I had recommended Les Schwab for their excellent service in both Washington and Idaho--never had a problem until I was in Missoula. The entire staff was abrupt, condescending, unfriendly, and unprofessional in every possible way. I was shocked and embarrassed for my friends. The entire crew should be fired, and start over with people who actually LIKE helping others!! Two thumbs down!
