An employee with highly contagious SCABIES works in both locations. Management treats employees who've given many years of service, like trash.

Very poor customer service. Unreliable

Very poor customer service. Laundry was promised in 5 business days (which is rather excessive by any standard) and was not done on time as promised. I was told by the clerk that I should try back tomorrow or maybe Wednesday but I better call ahead just to be sure. Why is this necessary? Why can't they deliver on time as promised. I will never go back there again

Excellent Value and Customer Service

I have had business shirts and pants cleaned and pressed in multiple cities in Montana and find this business to do an excellent job. I have not had one issue with over 100 items in the short time I have been here. They also did a great job on pants repair and shirt repair. The clerks have always pleasant and responsive to questions. They never miss saying thankyou to me. All this for the best price I have seen in my travels. Great Business to do business with.
