Turned the internet off because my bill is "past due", the bill that was paid last week. We have never been late on a bill. Ever. They won't turn it back on over the weekend......this may sound trivial, but I feel that paying $100 a month for internet entitles me to use it when I please. Will be looking for another provider.

I miss Bresnan. They were so kind and reasonable. I remember knowing what they were talking about and if we had a problem, they were out there before I could call.



Now that they were bought out by Optimum we've been lied to multiple times, repeatedly spammed and trademarked by them so much I singed up for the Do Not Call list. When we have a problem with the internet they basically say "deal with it" if we manage to get through on their line.



Their persistent harassment is NOT WORTH IT! If I could I would file a restraining order against all of their workers so they'd leave me alone.
