Provided by YP.comI was scared to death over vat cat being found unresponsive. I found Pet Emergency online and I called them. When I got there they were waiting for us. Quinn got us into a room immediately and started accessing my pets situation. Quinn kept me calm and was wonderful with my pet. I felt that he and Dr. Ellington cared very much about us and not the Financials were not their first concern. The front desk girls were great but because treatment started so quickly I really didn't spend much time with them. This is a friendly, professional team of people whom are genuinely interested and concerned over the welfare of your pets. A+++++

When our bulldog, Max, suddenly began having seizures on a Sunday morning, we rushed him here. The DVMs and staff were SO kind, efficient, thorough, compassionate and honest. They stabilized Max quickly and did everything to make him comfortable. We lost our boy later that night after he went into respiratory failure. Both Dr. Ellingson and Dr. Mikesell were wonderful and let me cry my eyes out and hold my Max while they put him to sleep. Hardest thing I have ever done. Thank you for taking such good care of our bully.

At the advice of two other vets we took our seriously ailing cat there. Following a litany of tests and an ultra sound Dr. Boswick was able to diagnose severe heart disease. That was 9 months ago and our cat still lives. He treated our cat so well, he actually started liking the drive into town to visit. A first in 13 years. Can't say enough good things about the entire staff.

I took my dog into the clinic Saturday night with a serious intestinal infection. The staff was very sympathetic and inspite of two other pet emergencies Homer and I were given the care and respect we needed. Homer is all better now and we both are very thankful for the wonderful staff that doesn't complain even when I called in the middle of the night.THANK YOU

Tonight I had to put my cat to sleep, I rushed her there with tears in my eyes. She was taken out of my arms and in the back without explination as to what was happening. I was left in a room to guess. The vet was kind and compasionate, but the front staff was cold and chastizing to me when I asked to see my cat. And was told not to get upset. Clearly I was, I had been crying since I got there with no offer of a tissue I had to use a paper towel from the exam room. This was not a pleasant experience to begin with but the unkind treatment and lack of compassion made it that much worse. I would highly reccomend seeking another facility before I would go there!!

I know that the clinic has to make money to stay in business but a life is a life. They could have worked with us. The vet that is in the office during regular hours was fantastic there is no complaint against him. It is the night time emergency clinic. Think first before you take your pet to this clinic after hours. You may come home with no pet at all. She has no compasion for her patients at all.

On Jan 14th 2011 I took my cat into the emergency clinic as she was having trouble breathing, she was ill with cancer. This was 1:00 am We had paid for her chemo treatment that day with the oncologist who is in the office during the day.The oncologist was terrific and treated her very well. This review has no bearing on his treatment. The vet who treated my kitty was more worried about money than she was in trying to save my cat. We told her that the Dr had checked her lungs that morning and everthing was fine. The vet that night insisted taking more xrays and found nothing. Going into the clinic that night cost us $60.00 to just walk in the door another $35.00 for what she called an exam and then almost $200.00 for the xrays. We were tapped out and the vet told us unless we payed another $300.00 she would do nothing. We had no choice but to bring my baby home and try to save her until morning, she passed away at 3:50 am because she would not treat her because of money.

The team here is amazing. They are an ER service, so they are not open during regular working hours when other veterinary hospitals are available. They're there to fill a need during the hours when other vets are not available. The vets are very kind and the tech/secretary is very nice. All pet owners should have their number on their fridge.

I had horrible service here. The doctor made me come pick up my dog and 6:00 am while my dog was on an IV and having seizures. when i got there at the time they told me to be there they were closed and the secretary was very rude when i was explaining my situation. I had to carry my dog, the IV and all paper work out to the car alone. The doctor nor his secretary offered to help. I was charged a large sum of money for horrible service and on top of that my dog had no changes in health. When I got to a different vet hospital, they were completly shocked by my story. This is a horrible place to take your animal
