Six weeks before trial, our "Other" law firm quit the case and we found they had done little to nothing. It was clear we would lose the case due to negligence on the part of the "other" law firm. So, we hired Sullivan, Tabaracci, and Rhoades. They took the case, spent a lot of time with us in the six weeks leading to trial (we were the defendants but had counter-sued). They won the case for us, including punitive damages, and collected every dime the Jury awarded us. Going to trial, they realized I have a habit of being overly verbose and laying a foundation rather than just answering the question. They said, "trust me" and just answer the question. This was good, because at my age, I've forgotten the question before I laid the foundation, so the jury could have thought I was evasive. Anyway, great law firm, we'd hire them again. In a lawsuit, winning is everything.
