why is when you write a review about a biz and you tried for a long time to reach the biz with no success then they respond??? pretty ironic if you ask me.. anyways I am not happy with ROCKY MOUNTAIN EYE CENTER IN MISSOULA MONTANA AT ALL. I have had other friends and family also go there and they had the same issues with patient accounts and one doctor in particular, so it can't be just my experince.. if you pay for a service you should be getting that service I do believe, not phone calls after you write a review about that business threats and you wont get to talk with the owners from the adminstration office.. sounds like they dont want to resolve customer service issues to me.. If a business owes a customer a refund for a service that was returned then they need to in a timely matter do the refund without hesitation it should not take over a month and a half after te product has been returned to them . SO be aware if you have to go there to expect issues and the run around..
