I have been going to Smile Missoula for more than 20 years. In all that time, no matter what the procedure, I was treated with respect, fully informed of the possible range of outcomes and pleased with the results. No matter where I have lived, I have come home in the summers for my dental work. Since Dr. Berkner has joined the practice, I have enjoyed having two dentists to work with, both understanding my dental needs. Thanks for all the years of excellent service! I look forward to many more!

Dr. Olsen might be a good dentist, he cannot be trusted as far as patients'

finances are concerned. I saw Dr. Olsen several times. A mayor procedure

was planned, involving Dr. Olsen, Smile Missoula, as well as dental surgeon

Dr. Holtzen and anesthesiologist Dr. Ochs both from the Cosmetic Arts

Center, Missoula.

I have epilepsy. All doctors involved were fully briefed and assured me their

experience in working with people with epilepsy. Turned out that Dr. Ochs

was absolutely not prepared to work with me. He refused anesthesia while I

was sitting in the waiting room, all prepped for surgery. All was cancelled

even though I had followed each and every step necessary to make the

procedure a success. While the surgeon's office refunded the entire amount

of my prepaid fees, Dr. Olsen thinks it's justified to keep part of my money for

preparatory work. He charged me, instead of those responsible for the

cancellation: Dr. Ochs! Dr. Holtzen! The Cosmetic Arts Center!

I have known Dr. Olsen for over 30 years. He has always been known as a meticulous professional, doing top notch dentistry. As a patient, I have been very pleased with George’s work. His staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Dee, upfront, greets you and sets you up for a pleasant experience. Once in the dental chair the dental assistants take over and are very skilled at getting youready for the procedure. Most recently, that job fell in the capable hands of Terri.The office staff has a pleasant demeanor and is extremely professional. The days of being afraid to visit the dentist are long gone, at least in regards to Dr. Olsen.– frankly the biggest challenge, for me the patient, is to not fall asleep during a procedure!--Andrew P.
