Provided by YP.comDr. Thompson has been an excellent vet to my two dogs and cat over the past few years. He has been informed, reasonable, and compassionate as my animals have aged and experienced health challenges

Provided by YPmobileMy ferret was attacked by a dog and rushed here with shock symptoms, they treated him for shock and said they would do an xray. When I called to check on hin0m 2 hours later they said they had done an ultrasound of his abdomen and it showed no internal bleeding. I came by a couple of hours later to see him and he had rapid shallow breathing and pale color...he actually looked worse than when I left him that morning....I left again and they called about 20 minutes later to say they had just done the xray (after I unknowingly pointed out he was dying) and he had a punctured lung and they lost him when they tried to drain it. If they had xrayed him anytime in the previous 4 hours he was there maybe even they could have saved him but considering the botched job they did do, my ferret probably didn't stand a chance once I left him there. Sick with disgust at the whole situation. Oh yeah it also cost 250.00 which I would have gladly paid double for my guy to live but not happy paying that for him back dead.

Provided by YP.comSix months ago I had my Dobermans ears cropped by Dr.Schaumberg.One ear is shorter than the other one.I showed them to all my friends, family and my own veterinarian.EVERYONE can see that there was a mistake with the ear crop.I tried contacting the veterinarian but he would not respond to any of my calls.I would go to Pruyn Vet.Hospital again but it is 3 hours away from where I live.I was referred there by my regular Veterinarian because I was told that Dr. Schaumberg did a really good job and my Vet. doesn't do ear crops. At first Dr.Schaumberg kept telling me that her ears were fine and that as the cartilage got stronger that they would straighten up.Well, they didn't and the Dr. wouldn't return any of my call after I kept telling him that on of the ears was longer than the other one. Finally I got tired of dealing with that jerk and took her somewhere else to get her ears fixed. He never admitted that he had made a mistake or that the ears were uneven even though EVERYONE could see that they were messed up.I finally had to drive 6 hours away to get the ears fixed.I had to take off work and had to pay $350 to get them fixed,of course Dr.Schaumberg didn't offer to pay for that.DON'T GET YOUR DOGS EARS CROPPED HERE!!!There are other places in Montana that do excellent ear crops and they are definitely worth the drive.
