Sunday 9/12/10 7-7:30pmJust went in there and got the 12 piece chicken, 3 large sides, 8 jo-jo's and 2 large pops, spent $33.00 some dollars then I get home and no JO-JO's, called the store spoke with "John" who could care less that I didn't get my Jo-Jo's, said I could come in and get my Jo-Jo's but he couldn't do anything else. If I wanted to make 2 trips there to get my full order I would have done so but I'm not sure why it takes 2 trips to get my complete order, sorry but no FOOD is worth that!!!! Needless to say I am not a happy customer and will not go back there again....Whats up with good customer service????? And whats up with a little TLC when one calls and complains? I understand we all make mistakes but when it comes to the economy, price of gas, yadda yadda I think businesses (and employees) should be a more careful and understanding. If you go in there be sure to give "John" a better attitude than he gave me when he told me it wasn't his fault......go figure!!!
