My experience has been the nightmare on Liberty Lane. There is a meth addict living above me who has disturbed my sleep for over 3 months. I have written 12 letters to management, called the police, yelled above the music at the tenant. He hacked into my computer, tablet and phone, he stays up all night and bangs, slams, cooks, cleans and does every possible malicious thing to keep me awake. Management says they cannot tell me anything because of 'confidentiality' issues, but i now have IBS because of the sleep deprivation, I have quit all of my volunteer jobs and I have no peace of mind, sleep or feeling of safety. I have only lived here 4 months and if I leave they will sue because I broke my lease. Nice, huh?
