Avoid this place! A.) They store your personal info forever & sell to others; B.) they allow pets in the store, so if you want your crotch your sniffed by some idiot's dog while you are shopping, enjoy yourself; C.) Good luck finding help, as they seem to have no employees; D.) It is difficult to reach a person on the phone because of the aforementioned lack of employees. E.) Most of their products are Chinese and low-quality.



I was dumb enough to shop there twice recently. The first special order was supposed to take 2-3 weeks, but took 5-6 and then arrived without hardware. Of course, I had to repeatedly stop in to find out what was going on because nobody in the store knows how to call a customer, and it is nearly impossible to reach someone on the phone. The second time I tried to buy carpet, but wasted my time because the computerized measurement said the are was only 250 sq. ft., when in reality it was close to 700 (!). Also, some incompetent employee changed the type of carpet that I wanted to buy (isn't that supposed to be the customer's choice?) and then told me they could not "back out" the order. Naturally, nobody could call me to tell me these things, so I had to put up with another idiot's dog trying to get a refund. Also, they have one carpet installer (!) and are therefore weeks behind.
