Missoula Property Management offered many places when we were looking to rent- we rented a place on Dublin and we were so happy. we had our own washer and dryer and designated parking. The place was so clean when we moved in and we did our best to clean it spotless when we left- we tell all our friends that move to town to go through this management company they know their stuff and they are very professional

I applied for an apartment and didn't get it, i was upset & called Missoula Property, they took care of me, they made sure I found something that was similar to what I needed and in fact it turned out to be the better choice for my job. overall, I was impressed that they were able to take a mad customer (which I was) and turn it into a satisfied one.. Thanks to the ladies at Missoula Property

I moved out of an apartment that I rented through Missoula Property. It was stressful at first but all the girls in the office were a huge help. The move out was difficult because the move out inspector is extremely tough. We didn't get all of our deposit back but we didn't go back & clean after either. over all it was a learning experience and we will for sure rent from Missoula Property again

Missoula Property Mgt treated me like I owed them something and they were the customer. I had to wait over a month for my deposit, and they nickle and dimed me for everything including previous damage. They are not friendly, nor professional.

My husband and I have resided in our place of residence for 5 years now, under the management of Missoula Property Management. We have NO complaints with the services MPM offers. The staff are very polite and quickly address any concerns we ever have. For all the negative input about MPM I have read in some reviews, I have but one suggestion..."If you are so dissatisfied with the services provided by MPM...MOVE!" I am totally in shock at how easily people can complain about services when they are probably Late on their rent and never take care of their lease obligations or comply to the rules set forth by MPM.

a year ago I moved into a great apartment with a wonderful property mangers! about half way through my one year lease Missoula Property Management took over our complex!!!! They are by far the worst Property Mangers I have ever had to work with or heard of (worse than lambros). I have yet to honor any contract we singed with the other agency and are forcing there polices on to us. We recently moved out of the complex only to find more hassle and grief. They are so unprofessional not only do they not keep the appointments they set up. They don't call to tell you they have to cancel. Then Missoula Property Management couldn't even keep track of our move out date in their office and have been tiring to charge us rent for this months rent.
