Ui-Cha! Pho is a moderately priced, quick service style, on-campus food service serving beef, chicken and vegan pho noodles, rice plates, banh mi sandwiches and Vietnamese iced coffee. We employ modern technology and methods to maintain authenticity, and support farm-to-table programs. Ui-Cha! recently opened the first unit at the University of Montana, Missoula.

Ui-Cha! is part of a multi-unit Vietnamese pho restaurant concept that aims to serve university and college campuses across North America.
