After making a reservation for a vehicle the night prior, we were forced to cancel over 12 hours before our event was to take place. Upon calling, they told us that it was a 50% non-refundable deposit, which was never spoken of the night previously. They also force a 2 hour minimum usage, causing you to spend twice as much as you had previously planned. All in all, I'm out $95 for nothing, and Valet will never be getting a positive review from myself or my friends again. Avoid this company at all costs.

great service! Owner picked our family up at Missoula airport and drove us to Kalispell at midnight with 2 hours notice. He couldn't have been nicer! Hard to find customer service this good anywhere anymore! We would recommend this company to anyone!

Wish there was a way to give a half star. And the only reason i would even give them a half is cause the guy showed up on time. Other than that, paid for 2 hours, he waited for 45 min before we got in, 15 minute ride to get kicked out at a random bar. He saw "something" that was auto termination of the "contract". Nobody ever saw a "contract" or signed one. Long story short, they are unprofessional and the driver/owner are disrespectful.
