Dr. Hallenbeck and her staff are among the finest health care providers I have ever encountered. They are very professional and exceptionally responsive. When I've had problems due to my personal hearing situation or rough hearing aid use they have quickly gotten me back up to speed. They are thorough, informative, patient and courteous; and make me feel like a valued client. I have received outstanding hearing care at Vibrant.

I recommend that anyone, especially seasoned citizens, having difficulty hearing go to the folks at Missoula Hearing. I started having hearing loss several years but my vanity, I am only 63, stopped me. I did not want one of those big bulky things sticking out of my ear screaming, “I’m old and washed up.” Well, my hearing finally got to the point that I had to do something. The folks at Missoula Hearing helped me understand that a lot of younger senior need help hearing for a lot of different reasons (I was exposed to the loud noises of artillery fire while in Viet Nam and a lot of loud music during my younger days). The staff at Missoula Hearing showed me several different hearing aides and I was surprised how small they were now. I wish I had gone to them ten years ago. I can go to places that I avoided in the past and most folks do not even know that I am wearing a hearing aide. Thank you kind folks at Missoula Hearing – you have improved my life!

This place has, by far, the best customer service around. They just know what they're doing. AND their pricing is comparable to Costco (which I checked first). Very impressive outfit.
