Dr. Daniel Whiting replaced my left hip six weeks ago and at the same time eliminated a limp that I had since I was 10 years old as a result of scoliosis. I am so happy with the results and highly recommend Dr. Whiting as an orthopedic surgeon. Because Dr. Whiting used a direct anterior incision instead of cutting through the butt muscles to access the hip joint, my recovery was much quicker and I had less risk of dislocation. (My husband had both hips replaced several years ago using the posterior incision approach and his recovery was much longer and his movement was more restricted following surgery.)
