The only "Chef'' Based restuarant located this side of town. Relatively small in area and seating, chef Frederic Perrier has been involved in some very good restaurants in the past. It's nice to have someplace where you can get something other than BBQ, fast food, or a meal from a "chain" restuarant with no chef in attendance. Each time we have eaten here the chef has been in attendance and it shows. Daily specials are written on a chalk board. Get there early as some of the best get consumed quickly. Don't expect an extensive menu or wine list, but all you get will be top notch. The waitstaff is a group of seasoned veterans that have contributed immensly to our experiences here.
