Not recommended, I thought I was taking my cat to the Best in town, willing to pay the higher price and drive the extra mile. I called an hour before to let them know I was coming to pick him up, when I got there his "suite" was full of cat litter (after being reassured that they keep a good eye on the cats and clean their litter every time they go), he was dehydrated, drank a full bowl of water when he got home, then I was charged double because of a misunderstanding about what I had wanted, even though I have a receipt showing my expected cost. Then when I returned to resolve this matter, was told if I could remember who it was took my cat in they could speak with her, in the end was only offered their current coupon price of two free days. Very disappointed in the service I received.
