This tour bus company specializes in Jehovas Witness tours, mainly to New York.

This tour line is not recommended to anyone. There were multiple problems encountered during my travel with this company. The first and foremost is that the tour did not follow the itinerary that was provided.

I will particularly advise that families with children do not use this travel service.

Becuase of the long travel time driving, there were two drivers, the owner of the tour company and a second driver who was at odds with the desicions made by the owner and who wanted to follow a different itinerary. This was key in the problems that followed.

Here is a short list of the issues:

1. As stated before, the itinerary provided was not followed, this resulted in a loss of leisure time in NY and arrival in Houston 12 hrs earlier.

2. Frecuent and timely stops during the extended time on the bus were not made, the travel itinerary states that these would be done every 4 hrs, but in fact there were lapses of up to 10 hrs without stopping.

3. Breaks for eating during extended time on the bus, and between points of interest were ignored, this rendered the visits

frustrating for families with children, which had to cope with hungry children instead of enjoying the place being toured.

4. Hygiene on the bus became an issue due to lack of cleaning of restrooms, there was no schedule nor was there any guidance provided for those with children. Eventually the bathroom became too dirty for any female to use appropriately.

5. There was poor climate control during extended periods of time on the bus, it was either freezing or it was very hot, depending on which driver was at the wheel.

6. I am unsure of what contributed to the event, but the bus suffered a minor collision on the return to Houston. The itinerary was changed to travel 32 hrs because the owner wanted to avoid paying hotel and this was a major safety issue.

7. The bus stops during extended periods of travel were not planned for appropriate rest sites, there was no planning for stops to be made at restaurants and as a result you ended up having to buy your meals at a gas station.

8. Also associated with in proper planning for travel stops, there were few stops made at appropriate places for a bathroom break, these were done at small gas stations where the bathroom was for one person at a time.

9. THE DRIVERS DID NOT KNOW WHERE THE HOTEL WAS ON THE LAST HOTEL STOP!!!! This one blew my mind.



There are many more issues that are not listed as I have tried to provide an objective view of the services claimed and those provided.



I hope that this review is helpful in your desicion making as you should enjoy any service where you are spending a significant amount of money, and any of the tours offered by this company are not cheap when you add up all additional expenses associated.



More importantly you are placing yours and your families lives in someone else's hands.
