My wife dropped off a bible to be rebound in April. They told her it would be 4 to 6 weeks. They never called with any updates. She called back in July and they apologized for the delay and said they would call when it shipped. She again did not hear from them. She called again in September and they said they were still looking for it, but they were going to lunch and they would call her back. They DID not call her back. She called again last week and they said they would look for it again and that they would call her back. A week later and still no call. If you do not want your item lost, do not use this company!
