Horrible, Horrible Service!!!!

I went to Trans Tailors on May 15, 2010 with a picture of a dress I wanted for my sons wedding on June 19th. Kim told me without hesitation they could make the dress and to get the material to her by May 22nd. I did so, and was told that I would be called for a fitting on June 10th. On June 10th I called and dress not ready. I called again on June 11th, 12th, 14th. On the morning of the 14th, Kim said my dress was being worked on and she would call that afternoon. By 2:00, on the 14th, Kim called to say they COULD NOT MAKE MY DRESS.......five days before my sons wedding. Her first lie was that she spilled coffee on the dress, and there was not enough time to finish. Then she had high blood pressure and just could not do it. I called my friend who lived in the area and she got another tailor (down the street) to agree to make my dress. She also went over to Trans Tailor's and could not believe the half put together dress they had. She said the dress was horrible!! i BELIEVE THEY LIED ABOUT BEING ABLE TO MAKE THE DRESS. Although Trans Tailors refunded the money for my material, what a predicatment to put a customer in after having the material for three weeks and just a few days before needed!!!! In came GM Tailors at 13910-D Lexington Blvd in Sugarland to save the day. I had to leave work early, rebuy my material (downtown) and get back to Sugarland. But all seem to be going well thanks to GM Tailors. All this cost me more money since it was rush and last minute!!!! I WILL NEVER USE TRANS TAILORS AGAIN AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
