This business and owner Larry Root are terrible. They do not stand behind their products nor honor their warranty contracts with buyers. The service department is extremely slow (6-8 weeks per repair) and when you get your RV back the repairs are subpar at best. He sells Forest River products which are of low quality and carry a hefty price tag. Forest River is known throughout the industry to have poor products and some dealers won't even take a Forest River RV in on trade if it's older than 6 years old because they begin to fall apart. Avoid this dealer at all costs.
