My husband decided on our 5400 mile journey pulling a 5th wheel, that we needed tires on our truck and camper. We had traveled from Gainesville, Florida heading on our way Mt. Rushmore. We were 3 hours away from Mitchell when he said that we HAD to buy tires. After searching online, I called Interstate. I was honest with the man on the phone. He said to "come on in and we will see what you need." I just knew that we would be spending at least $1500 for tires. After the Interstate manager looked at the tires, he explained that the camper needed tires but the truck was OK. Thank God. He replaced the 8 ply tires with 10 ply. We were back on the road in 30 minutes with 4 new tires at a price that we would have paid in Gainesville. I was so grateful. We could have been taken advantage of but these were honest, hard working people. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality tires and honest opinions.
