Joe has been cutting and styling hair since the late 60's. He cut my long hair exactly like I asked. Then he razor cut the bangs, that was great. Razor cutting works well for my style of bangs and also works well for wavy hair. He was able to get me in on the same day I called and was a very decent price. His prices are lower than others in Moab, because he is very community connected... won citizen of the year. Anyway, he would rather stay busy and he realizes that not everyone has $40 to spend on a haircut! Mine was $18 with shampoo, cut, roller set and style.
