We used Mallory Van & Storage/Atlas to move to another state. I worked with Steve, who was extremely nice and very helpful, unfortunately, that's as far as I can go with positive feedback. The people who packed our items threw some into boxes with little care at all. I had broken items, crushed items and damaged items. I also had items that were missing or some made it and some were nowhere to be found. I submitted a claim to Atlas, and they are only offering a check for the damaged and broken items. The don't seem to care about items that where a group and somehow only half of them made it. I understand that Atlas has rules, I also feel that Mallory Van & Storage should be in some way responsible for what their employees apparently did not manager to pack carefully or to pack at all. I am now out over $300 worth of brand new items (the were new, in their package because I had just got them and wanted to keep them safe). I DO NOT recommend that you use Mallory Van & Storage for your move!! I'm only giving it 1 star, simply because I have to and for Steve.
