Horrible customer service, went in the store today to buy feed and had water start dripping on me out of the ceiling got in my hair ran down my cheek, so my husband went and told the staff that they have a leak in the ceiling,, it was no big deal but the girl who came over was so rude it was unbelieveable she told us that is is probably just water we shouldn't be upset about it and acted like we pretty much just wasted her time informing her that water was dripping out of their ceiling and splashing on some of their books they had near the leak. There was no sorry about the water dripping on you, asked to speak to manager since this girl was about the rudest person I have ever delt with in a store and no manger was called some guy said he would call someone to get a bucket and check on it the girl at the cash register was very polite but I thought we were being nice in informing them they had a leak that might ruin a stack of magazines they had sitting there but instead that girl was so rude made me feel like we just ruined her whole day by letting her know they had a leak. They never did have a manager come up to talk to us, they just scattered all except for two girls one at the register and one other one who were the only ones who told us we were sorry. I am sure that all that dripped on me was water and it was no big deal but think about it where did that water come from it was a hot sunny day out so wasn't rain water and how much ceiling and insulation did that water come through before it hit my head. As I said it was nothing just a drip and we were trying to be nice but that girl who came over was so rude made me wish I never brought it to their attention and that maybe I should just start buying my feed from the MFA if they are going to treat us like that just for trying to inform of a issue before it ruined their magazine rack.
