She's late for appointments with clients and when she's not late by the time she gets you in the seat she's constantly on the phone. My sister had a 9:30am appointment with her and we waitied on her for about two hours, we called her cell phone and eveything she didn't answer. And the time before that when I went it took her about five hours to get me out of there.
