Went there for a oil change...the guys were very rude...they greeted me saying "you barely made the cut off time"...when i checked out the broad said my name and then was like you owe this amount i handed her my card she dropped it back down and said sign here!...horrible horrible customer service....

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER!!! THESE GUYS ARE WHAT GIVES CAR SALESMANS A BAD NAME!!!

Salesman- Thomas Hamilton

They lied to me about the date it would be ready (It had to be shipped from a different location.). Come to find out the vehicle had a bad transmission (I found this out later on) and would need to be repaired prior to shipping. When the delivery date was not meet the salesman then lied to me by telling me that the car was SOLD! I then called the dealership if was coming from to find out about the transmission issue and that the car was NOT sold. The new dealership then worked a better price that was a huge difference in what I was told by the AutoNation Ford Mobile.
