Horrible customer service!! I would not recommend!! Owners and coaches are very disrespectful. Customers (parents) nor children are treated equally. Only a select few of favorites are treated with respect and the gym revolves around them. Other children/students are given poor service and basically fend for themselves. The level of service given to most is not worth the money. You also have to pay extra for privates for your child to progress. Classes are a joke. The owners do not and will not communicate with you and are absolutely no help. The owners of this gym are very unprofessional. When you walk in the gym, all you hear are complaints from the parents. If you attempt to discuss your child’s progress with the owners, they get really offended and defensive and talk down to you. I have experienced this first hand and know many others who have been treated the same way. I recommend finding a place where the owners/coaches care about your children and respect you, a parent and paying customer. Do not waste your money and support a business that disrespects people the way this gym does, especially a place that works directly with your children!!
