Very unprofessional, lies after lies, the 2 ladies clearly don't know their job one says one thing then the other says she doesn't understand how things go. My advice do not go to this branch! Colonial is ok if you need the cash however the customer service at this location is horrible.

The manager Dawn is rude and downright insulting. I have a loan with them and will not get another. I have NEVER been late with a payment but treated as if I were beneath them. STAY FAR AWAY
