Brandon came on a Saturday and unclogged our kitchen sink, He was awesome, and very professional!! Highly recommend!!!!

Had an old water leaky hot water heater replaced by them. Excellent professional service at a reasonable price.

Jim re-piped my two story house and did an excellent job. He ran new pipes in places you could not even see. He called me before the job to let me know how much it would be, called me during the job to tell me how it was going and called me after the job to make sure that I was 100% satisfied.Great job Jimmy!!!

Jim Whitehead is an 1st class plumber,and a great guy.He installed a new waterheater for me today,and took the time to fix my disposal(@ no chg.)never had that happen before.I highly recommend Jim,and Cottage Hill Plumbing.

The reason that I called this company was because of the great reviews they received on this site. I called on a Tuesday, and set an appointment during my lunch break on that Friday. The man that was supposed to come out, never did. No phone call just a no show. I called him on my way back to work, and it sounded like he was in a restaurant eating. Said that he forgot about the appointment. I asked him about coming out the following week, and he was too busy. The week after he was going on a cruise. The week following the cruise, I called him again(because he seemed like a good guy), and he told me that he had my information and he would call me back. It's now been 10 days since he said he would call, and again NO communication. I really don't like having to post a negative review, I have never been treated like this, and after all of glowing reviews I'm quite shocked and disappointed. There is no way in good conscience that I could recommend Jim Whitehead and Cottage Hill Plumbing to anyone

I am very impressed with Cottage Hill Plumbing! I had a problem with my hot water heater and Mr. Whitehead was very honest and said that it only needed to be repaired and I would not need to replace the tank. Although the problem unexpectedly turned out to be a bit more complicated and I ended up having to get a new hot water heater, Mr. Whitehead was able to figure out the source of the problem (a rusted, broken roof vent leaking directly into the tank). Not only was he able to bring someone out to repair the roof vent, but he also replaced the hot water heater at a discount! He certainly went the extra mile for us and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing an excellent and reliable plumber!

I called at 7:30 am and had a new 50 gallon gas water heater installed by 3 PM for a very fair price. Jimmy is a great guy to do business with.

I had an underground water leak that caused my water bill to spike to $200+ dollars. I called Jimmy and asked for a ballpark estimate over the phone. He quoted me a very reasonable price and I set up an appointment with him. When he looked at the leak, he re-quoted us CHEAPER! He could have stuck with his original over the phone estimate and I would have never known it could be done for cheaper but he's a very honest man. He had the problem fixed in no time and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Mobile area. He is fair, friendly, and reliable.

After contacting Cottage Hill Plumbing for an estimate on re-piping my entire house, I decided to give him the job. Not only was his price comparative with other plumbers, but I was impressed with his very high YP customer ratings. I will definitely call on him again if I have any other plumbing needs and I would highly recommend him to others.

i had a lot of problems with my water heater and had a few "plumbers" come to look at it with no luck! jimmy was here and had my problem fixed it no time! great guy and great service! roll tide haha

Jimmy Whitehead gave us an estimate to remodel 2 bathrooms and told us he would do a good job. He meant it!! He did the plumbing, Johnny did the carpenter work (and more), Danny and his son were the tile experts and Howard Massengale furnished & installed the cultured marble. Beautiful! The entire team did their job perfectly, they were on time and finished the project at the projected time. I would highly recommend Jimmy and his team.

Cottage Hill Plumbing run by Jimmy Whitehead does outstanding work!! Called and he was able to come same day. Had several issues for him and he completed each task with ease and efficiently. One issue was a broken toilet lid and he went the extra mile by finding a new tank that fit my existing toilet so I did not have to purchase a whole new toilet! Very reasonable with pricing and again excellent service. Will definitely recommend to friends in need of a plumber!
