I will never shop at this cvs after today May 8, 2012. I work retail and know how important it is to greet customers. Here are my reasons for not shopping at this store ever again:

1. While searching and searching for a sling to rest my left arm in, which has a big bright red cast from my knuckles to my arm pit, I was never asked if I needed any help to find anything.

2. A male manager walked right by me without asking if I needed help finding anything.  

3. A male walking behind the pharmacy counter never once asked if he could help me find anything. 

Once outside in my car a friend stopped to ask how I was doing and I explained that I was upset that no one in the store cared to ask if I needed any assistance, he offered to go inside and help me find a sling, he asked one of the employees that was sweeping the parking lot if they had any slings in stock. She replied that she didn't know but would go look which I thanked her and told her about my experience and she explained that it was probably because the staff was short handed. So to make a long story short, it seems to me that people whom work at a pharmacy would show more concern for their customers.
