I was sent a letter because I miss my appointment call. I called for five days and all I get was the answer machine stating that all lines are busy and to try your call back again. No one answer the phone. Why tell someone to call and then not answer. Now I have to recertify because I couldn't call in time and I couldn't get my letter with the time and date to call before the 31st of May. I had a doctor appointment in Fairhope Thursday and I planted I'm taking a letter to the human resource office after my appointment add to my surprise I had a flat tire and I couldn't afford to replace my tire so I had to call someone to borrow $130 to get a new tire. Somebody time they got all that done and I got back to mobile the office was closed and then Friday get dressed and I was going to take it and to my surprise once again I had another flat tire. What's the name of the getting one to take me there could not afford an Uber and no one is the phone. But I am supposed to miss out of food stamps for this month when I need it the most. This is just wrong.

I feel discriminated against. I have done everything I was asked and my card is still not loaded. I have a pregnant daughter and 2 other daughters and we have no food to eat. No one wants to help us out. Food stamp office has never answered my calls. Not once.

I am trying to turn someone in for foodstamp fraud,but no one seems to ever answer the phone. But your office always says to report fraud,how can you when no one answers the phone!!!
