Doctor Louis Berec of the Loxley Alabama Franklin clinic, permanently damaged my knee with administering an incorrect cortisone shot to the knee. I am totally disabled now, and use a walker and motorized wheel chair. Also handed me a prescription for opiates, which I discarded and illegal.
