Sold me parts I didn't need; then came back in for return of the parts not needed. They wanted to change a restocking fee. No one told me there would be a restocking fee. For $3.89 halls has lost my business

I bought the v1 sport waverunner from hall's and i was treated very well as always, this is the 8th purchase i have made at hall's, every time i have been treated with respect and got a fair deal but this time Jessica also was in on the deal and not only being beautiful she is knows her job very well. If anybody is looking for a fair deal and wants to be treated right go in and see Jessica and Danny. after dealing with hall's for many years they will be the only dealer i will buy from

I have been watching the Hall's weekly internet special to buy a new Jet Ski but they are never updated and the item is out of stock. When you call the sales person they state that they are out of stock. After a month the same items was still on special for sale with no item to sale. Bate and switch! Very poor !!

I had agreed with the online quoted price they provided for a motorcycle as well as the cost of additional accessories I requested. I did absolutely no negotiating to lower the price, and I requested several times that I wanted to see a final breakout of the costs, which I never got. Of course I understand there are fees that come with the purchase. However, once the sales rep gave me the final price he immediately rushed me to go make my down payment of $2k with my debit card. The final number sounded high to me, so I requested again to see a breakout of the costs, to which he gave a disgusted shrug and said "sure". He took me to the side office where I was able to look at the computer and see the break out. There was $1,200 additional fees ($600 freight, $200 doc fee, and $400 of something else) that I was NEVER told about. I was furious about the dishonesty but was still somewhat willing to make the purchase due to them saying (which I now don't believe) that it was the only one left... :), but requested $400 to be taken off the price. They only offered $200 and I walked out. There is more to the story but I can't fit it in here. It was extremely frustrating and their attitude was pathetic. Like I said, I understand there are always fees at the end that are added in, but $1,200 in fees for a $5,600 bike is ridiculous, but what is worse is how they tried to hide it. Do not go there, but if you do, demand this information up-front so they don't waste your time.

awesome experience! was able to purchase my bike several thousand cheaper than over here. Love the service and help! Would go back in an instant to purchase again from Hall's.

i WENT THERE ON AN AD I SAW ON CYCLE TRADER FOR A ZX10R. THE PRICE SEEMED CHEAPER THAN ANY PRICE I HAD SEEN ANYWHERE ELSE. BUT............BY THE TIME THEY ADDED ALL THEIR HIDDEN FEE'S THE PRICE JUMPED ALMOST $3000 ! NOT TO MENTION THEY WERE NOT INCLUDING SALES TAX AS I AM AN OUT OF STATE RESIDENT. THEY DIDN'T BOTHER TO TELL ME THIS EITHER. THE MORALE TO THIS STORY IS IF YOU SEE AN ADVERTISED PRICE FROM THEM OR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATE STORES....................RUN.
