Rev John Smith has left me no choice but to take further action against him/Hands of Mercy. They are not honoring the 30 day warranty...he agrees my washing machine was under warranty. BUT, NEITHER HIMSELF OR HIS HELPERS HAVE SHOWN UP FOR THE MANY APPOINTMENTS THEY HAVE MADE WITH ME TO COME OUT AND FIX IT....DONT BUY ANYTHING THAT CAN BREAK, AND DONT BELIEVE THEIR WARRANTEE. It's ashamed they would do this to someone in need that trusted the name and that he's a Reverend. In my experience he's just a fast talking man that uses his title to take advantage like any other jerk of a business man!
