Will never go back. Had threading done last week. They missed tons of hairs and refused to redo threading. Made an appointment for waxing a week later that would have been over $150+. I drove 45 minutes to their location and arrived 20 minutes early. They refuse do honor my 2pm appointment and stars it would be 2:30 or 3 before they could see me. I had my eight year old with me and there was no way she could have sat that long. They were not apologetic and did not seem to care. I would not recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Worst place in town. "Clean my brows" apparently means take half of my brow with the strays. I lOVE the lash and brow places in Pensacola and Mary Esther malls in Fl. This place is terrible. Then they make fun of customers while doing their brows. Horrible women who thread unevenly. I'm not even sure how these people got hired.

Caveat emptor! I'd wanted to try lash extensions since I'd seen them on a friend but didn't know where to go. The employees were too busy to answer questions, but a waiting patron enthusiastically recommended the place so I decided to try them. I asked for a natural look with the shorter lash extensions, but what I got was something else: the most artificial -- and the messiest -- fake lashes I've ever seen on a face. I had gobs of thick, black adhesive along my outer lids that looked like heavily but unevenly applied liquid eyeliner. I also had several gobs on the inside of my lids. This was the exact same extension set sold at CVS, and the directions state that the adhesive should not touch the skin, only one's own lashes. One eye had far more extensions than the other, which was especially obvious after I removed them -- and they came off in a strip -- and compared them. One was almost 1/4 of an inch longer than the other, though my eyes are the same size. Both had far too many extensions for one eye, and I found it difficult to see, especially since the heavy line of adhesive both above and below the lash line created a solid black barrier. But the main reason I removed them was because they were so sloppy and fake-looking. The next morning, my eyes were puffy and irritated. By the following day, one eye was infected. I can only imagine how bad it would have been if I'd tried to keep them on.
