Established in 1975, the Franklin Primary Health Center is a nonprofit organization that provides a range of health care services. It operates more than 10 community-based health centers in the city of Mobile, as well as in Baldwin and Choctaw counties in Alabama. The organization provides medical services in the areas of internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, family practice, optometry, dentistry and radiology.
