I am used to getting poor service at this McDonalds--you always have to repeat your order because the workers are too busy taking to each other about their personal life. Today took the cake. I got the usual request to repeat my order, so I said it louder and the worker got a real attitude and shouted my order back to me, then when I got to the window I heard her complaining about me to another worker. This was inexcusable behavior. Many times I have gotten sandwiches that the buns were hard--being under a heat lamp too long, they get orders wrong alot. The owner seriously needs to get

a grip on his employees and tell them how a customer should be treated. The new McDonalds in front of the mall is like night and

day from this one. Employees should not be

discussing personal stuff in front of customers, either, which happens alot. They also are not equal in how they treat both lanes-lane #1 always gets more cars thru than

lane #2.

I ORDERED A DBL CHEESE BURGER MEAL. I WAITED FOR EXACTLY 10 MINUTES BEFORE I GOT MY ORDER. WHEN I RECEIVED IT, THE FRIES TASTED OLD AND LIKE THEY HAD JUST BEEN PUT IN THE MICROWAVE OR SOMETHING. THEN I ASK FOR SOME FRESH FRIES... I HAVE TO PULL UP AND WAIT FOR ANOTHER 4 MINUTES, AND THIS TIME A MGR, OR A SHIFT LEADER (WEARING A LIGHT BLUE OR STRIPED BLUE OXFORD) BRINGS MY FRIES OUT. HE DOESN'T SAY SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENCE, OR ANYTHING... I SAID THANK YOU AND IT SEEMED AS IF IT HURT HIM TO SAY YOU'RE WELCOME... WELL ATLEAST THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT HE SAID... SINCE HE MUMBLED SOMETHING UNDER HIS BREATH, SO I'M JUST GIVING HIM THE BENEFIT OF A DOUBT THAT IT WAS SOMETHING POLITE. SO, I DON'T TASTE THE FRIES AGAIN UNTIL I GET HOME BECAUSE I THINK THAT THE MGR MADE SURE MY FRIES WERE UP TO PAR. AND I TELL YOU NO LIE, THESE FRIES TASTE AS IF IT WAS THE PREVIOUS OLD FRIES THAT I HAD RETURNED AND THEY WERE JUST DROPPED IN SOME HOT OIL WHICH MADE THEM SOFT, SOGGY, AND EXTRA GREASY. NOW THE PART THAT MAKES ME ANGRY IS THAT, I PASSED BY CHECKERS, KRYSTALS, TACO BELL, CHICK FI LET, FOOSACKLY'S, SUBWAY, WENDY'S, A SEAFOOD RESTAURANT CALLED SALLY'S, A CHINESE RESTAURANT CALLED HONG KONG, A SANDWICH SHOPP CALLED ROLY POLY, AND ATLANTA BREAD COMPANY... BUT I CHOOSE MCDONALDS JUST FOR THE FRIES, AND LOOK AT WHAT I GET... HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE MGR NOT ONLY LET THOSE FRIES LEAVE THE BUILDING, BUT HE IS THE ONE THAT BROUGHT THOSE FRIES OUT TO ME. THEY WILL HEAR ABOUT THIS!!!!
